First attempt. Should I serve my greetings with the usual "hey guys it's your girl Hanifa with her first work" or go with the hi that has 5is that make it friendly and welcoming or just go the old way and say that I hope this post finds you in the best of health, the best of sanity and the best of mental health -of course this couldn't be forgotten, mental health . Are you friends with some of your demons? Do they tire you out or you got tired and realized at the end of the day they're still all you got?  Your demons bore you now, you sit with them quietly and it gets comfortable. Do you
